At Claire’s Toronto, we always aim to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below carefully.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request can only be submitted after the order has been delivered.

  • Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees or customs charges.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted, but they must not show any signs of wear.

  • Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes with the purpose of returning part of the order are not accepted under our return policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


How to Request a Return

Please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@clairestoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. After approval, we will provide the return address of our designated fulfillment partner.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense. All shipping and possible customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refund Process

Once the returned item has arrived at the designated return address and has been inspected, we will process your refund if the product meets our return conditions.

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method used during checkout.


Liability & Address Responsibility

  • Claire’s Toronto is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details at checkout.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed.
